Join Tiffany Haddad, NP IBCLC for a Prenatal class for couples. We will discuss early days of lactation, supply and pumping. We will go over what lactation supplies to have on hand, how to know if things are going well, what to expect and how to know if you need extra help.
Tiffany will also be joined by Joanna DiMenna, doula to discuss birthing positions, birthing mantras and techniques for coping in labor.
Class cost is $150 per couple with a maximum of 6 couples.
