The healthcare we receive today is fractured. We see a different specialist for each part of our body. The truth is that our bodies are one entity. We can not separate our mind from our breasts from our stomach from our inner beings. We are constantly in a state of healing in search for optimal heath. Health only can occur once our MindBodySoul is recognized and treated as one.
Although this is true for every aspect of our lives, we find that the disconnect of MindBodySoul during lactation is one of the greatest contributors to lactation failure. We treat lactation as a very holistic goal. Mom and baby are one dyad together and finding harmony in your body and in your life will lead to the greatest success and health.
